With over eighteen years of International experience in several fields of Computer Sciences, Ricardo has worked in several of the top Software and Data Communications companies of Silicon Valley and the World.  

His expertise is in the areas of LAN and WAN network design, troubleshooting, security, and network management.  He also has experience in product management, pre-sales systems engineering, post-sales technical support, systems analysis and integration, Web administration, design, and programming.

He graduated from National University's Computer Science program in 1992.

And also has extensive hands on experience implementing and managing international commercial operations throughout Latin America & the Caribbean.
